Charitable purpose

All income and activities are directed toward advancing Aboriginal culture through visual art, storytelling, education and public exhibitions. The organisation does not operate for private profit.

Conflict of interest management

Responsible people are expected to disclose actual, potential or perceived conflicts of interest. Related-party arrangements, including artist engagement arrangements involving directors, are to be disclosed, benchmarked, approved by unconflicted decision-makers and recorded in the organisation’s minutes and registers.

Accountability

Beyondie Arts maintains governance documents, board records, registers and annual compliance processes. Policies are reviewed as the organisation develops and as regulatory requirements change.
